Purpose - Unique purpose

The passion that is deep inside your heart can and will be made known if you press on. Have you wanted to be like someone that you admire but think that you are not good enough?

When you see someone that is amazing and you think to yourself, “wow, I wish I could do what he or she is doing" but think that you are not good enough, not smart enough, not bold enough, and so on. I want to talk to you about two things that will help you live everyday on purpose, for a purpose, in which God predestined you for.

Are you good enough?

First of all, YES, you are good enough. Just because you may not have all your ducks in a row just yet, doesn’t mean that you can’t do the thing that you are passionate about. I remember when I was a little girl, I wanted to be a missionary. I wanted to be able to travel the world because I love to see new things and I wanted to share the love of Jesus with the less fortunate ones because here in the states we take way too many things for granted while others suffer. I break a nail and I’m freaking out (haha) but this is our culture and having nice nails makes a girl feel good.  Anyways, we all know the saying that Rome was not built in one day. So my dream of becoming a missionary has not yet come to fruition but I know that God is working out all things according to HIS PUPOSE for my life. So don’t give up on your dreams. The passion that is deep inside your heart can and will be made known if you press on.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28

My childhood friend Lena and I. We reconnected after many years of lost contact. God knows what we need and when. So happy to be spending time together.

Unique purpose

Second, God created you uniquely with a purpose. There is only one like you.

I shared last week about our predestined purpose. Sometimes it takes a while to get to the final purpose that God created us for. Joseph went through many different situations both miraculous and horrific before his purpose of helping his family (the very same brothers who had betrayed him, he saved their lives).

Right now my purpose is to help people become free and live a life full of abundance and joy everyday. Your purpose might be a doctor or maybe to open an orphanage, help the broken and the hurting or it may be to to raise your children. Your purpose can be a business owner with that you can help the thousands of people worldwide with your billions of dollars. Whatever it is, it is a unique purpose which was predestined by God. Maybe you want to become like someone else or maybe your purpose is something brand new that God is giving you in your heart. Don’t let other people and especially don’t let the enemy steal that from you. The enemy is afraid of the purpose that God has created you with and maybe just like with Joseph, the enemy is using people and circumstances to tare the purpose in you down. Or maybe God is allowing those things around you to keep you hidden until the right time.

Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the LORD's purpose that prevails. Proverbs 19:21

Don’t even worry about making mistakes along the way. Just don’t stop perusing God and His perfect will for your life. Because when its all said and done, Gods purpose for you will be made known as long as you keep pressing on. God promises us that He will never leave us or forsake us. We may lose everyone and everything but we will always have God because He is enough for us. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9

I love you guys, I pray that each one of you is doing well. As always, please contact me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
